Personal

Born in 1976 in Athens, Greece. I have just completed my Food Science and Technology B.Sc. at the Agricultural University of Athens. I have worked towards my undergraduate project under the direction of Professor C.A. Georgiou and now I am working towards my Ph.D. thesis.

  • Development of analytical chemistry laboratory experiments for Food Science oriented students.
  • Development of high throughput methods for total antioxidant capacity determination
