Personal

Born in 1965 in Kalamata, Greece. I have studied Chemistry at the University of Athens.  After graduation in 1990, I worked as a research associate at the Institute of Technology of Agricultural Products (1992-1995),  then I worked as an analyst in the food analysis laboratory of Essex Pharma (1996-1997). Now, I am working as a research associate at the Institute of Technology of Agricultural Products (1997- ) and I have started working towards my Ph.D. thesis under the direction of Professor C.A. Georgiou in 2000.

My research project

I am involved in the development of automated methods for agricultural analysis. My  project is based on Flow Injection. The methods I have developed concern olive oil and wine analysis.
