An Innovative Food Microbial Responses Database:
"LabBase DataBase" is a novel microbial growth responses database to various combinations of environmental and physicochemical factors, supported by an easy-to-use software application developed in order to collect and systematize the existing knowledge, analyze data and simulate the microbial response to food systems. The innovative features of the LabBase database are focused on the management methods of microbial data, recorded for educational purposes, consulting services from research institutes to the food industry, the food safety production, the risk assessment of food spoilage during the various food production stages, storage and handling.
