  • Between 1986 and 1996 has participated as main researcher in 7 international projects funded by the European Union and 7 national projects.
  • Since 1997 has been scientific co-ordinator of 21 projects, (11 international projects funded by the European Union, 3 bilateral and 7 national projects).

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS, RECOGNITION AND INTERNATI0NAL INVOLVEMENT

 

  • Citations, (excluding auto-citations) more than 500, h index >14.
  • Awarded the title "CIGR Fellow" at the ASAE annual international meeting/CIGR XVth world congress, 28-31 July 2002, Chicago, Illinois USA.
  • Reviewer of many papers in Journals and International Conferences.
  • Invited speaker in international conferences and workshops.

PUBLICATIONS

 

  • In total more than one hundred twenty (120) publications allocated to more than fifty one (51) papers in refereed journals and books, fifty six (56) papers in international and national conference proceedings and several other publications (workshops, reports etc.).
