The meeting and lunches will be held at the Hotel Mediterranean.
Lunches
It is planned to have the two lunches of the working days (25-25 September 2009) at the restaurant of the Hotel Mediterranean at a preferential rate of 16.00 Euros/lunch, with a choice between 3 different menus (drinks not included).
Room Rates:
The room fee for the Hotel Mediterranean is fixed to 87 Euros/night (Single room- interior garden view), breakfast included (as the basic rate).
-For those who wish to have a room with a view to the sea and city the price is -fixed to 100 Euros/night, breakfast included (Single room).
-For those who wish to have a double room with interior garden view, the price is fixed to 110 Euros/night, breakfast included.
-For those who wish to have a double with a view to the sea and city the price is fixed to 121 Euros/night, breakfast included (Single room).

IMPORTANT! For those of you, who will decide to stay in the Hotel Mediterranean, please send us your arrival/departure dates so we can book the rooms for you.
Please note that by confirming to us your stay in the Hotel Mediterranean, together with arrival/departure dates, there is no need for you to book the hotel individually, since we will do it for you. This way all you will have to do once you will reach the hotel will be to give to the reception your name and the COST Action 356 meeting.
If you plan to come to the meeting but you will stay in another Hotel, please send us your confirmation as well, in order for us to know the total number of the participants to the Rhodes COST 356 meeting.
