DISNET, I: 1060/ΙMPACT/EC

Objectives: The project aims in the development of an advanced, open architecture software tool, called Domain Independent Intelligent Information and Services Network Interface (DISNET). The interface will be used to access some specially designed and developed multimedia databases. Thus, the user will be able to draw useful information based on some intelligent software systems on different scientific aspects, like medicine, agriculture, transportation, education, business, finance, etc.
