SOCRATES/R: 2098/RACE II/EC

Objectives: Strategy for Organizations Concerted in Rural Advanced Telecommunications Experiments (SOCRATES) is a EU project aiming in the presentation of the existent knowledge and experience already obtained from the development of advanced telecommunications services in several European regions.
